Tableside brand system
Tableside Brand Guide
A practical guide for presenting Tableside as warm, capable restaurant technology: AI where it helps, real humans where it matters, and a clear path to more guests.

Core Promise
More guests. Less tech stress.
Foundation
Brand Foundation
Tableside should feel like the calm operator behind a better restaurant digital presence.
Positioning
Tableside is a managed guest experience platform for independent restaurants that combines websites, AI, digital menus, direct ordering, content, and human support.
Audience
Owners and operators who need technology to produce revenue, reduce chaos, and stay out of the way during service.
Tension
Restaurants know their digital presence matters, but they do not have time to manage vendors, dashboards, updates, support tickets, or AI tools.
Messaging
Voice and Messaging
The voice is confident, useful, and hospitality-aware. It should sound like a senior operator, not a software brochure.
Lead with restaurant outcomes
Talk about more covers, repeat visits, fewer missed calls, and less operational drag before talking about software.
Make AI feel useful, not flashy
AI is the worker in the background: answering phones, drafting posts, updating menus, and responding in the restaurant's voice.
Pair automation with human backup
Tableside should never sound like a faceless tool. Real support and managed service are core proof points.
Use plain, direct language
Prefer clear verbs and concrete examples. Avoid inflated SaaS language, vague transformation claims, and hype.
Use
AI answers calls when your team cannot.
Send us a menu change. We update it everywhere.
Your restaurant keeps the guest relationship.
Real people are here when something needs judgment.
Avoid
Revolutionize your restaurant with next-gen AI.
Unlock omnichannel synergy at scale.
Set it and forget it forever.
Replace your staff with automation.
Logo
Logo System
The Tableside logo is a wide wordmark with a built-in fork. Its value comes from recognition and restraint: use the existing asset clearly, consistently, and with enough space.
Preferred on dark

Approved on light
Primary asset
Use /logo.png as the master wordmark. The file is a transparent 797x313 PNG with a white TABLESIDE wordmark and integrated fork I.
Clear space
Keep at least the width of the fork stem around all sides of the logo. Do not let navigation, photos, card edges, or text crowd the mark.
Minimum size
Use at least 102px wide in compact UI and 122px wide in primary navigation. For marketing layouts, prefer 160px wide or larger.
Color treatments
Use the white asset on forest, dark photo overlays, and dark UI. On light backgrounds, recolor with the approved forest mask treatment already used in Navigation.
Do Not
Do not stretch, skew, outline, shadow, or recolor the logo outside approved treatments.
Do not separate the fork from the wordmark unless a dedicated icon asset is created.
Do not place the white logo on cream, gold, or low-contrast photography.
Do not typeset TABLESIDE manually as a replacement for the logo asset.
File References
/logo.png Primary transparent wordmark.
/rustic-table-logo.svg Legacy/table icon asset. Do not use as the Tableside brand logo without a deliberate icon-system decision.
Identity
Visual Identity
The system balances restaurant warmth with operational credibility: deep greens, restrained gold, editorial type, soft paper tones, and clear interface states.
Logo Direction
Use the Tableside mark with room to breathe.
Prefer the full logo on primary navigation, sales pages, and official documents. Use a white logo on forest or photo backgrounds and a forest logo on light backgrounds.

Manrope is the primary typeface for headings, navigation, and body copy. Use generous headline scale, close letter spacing, and comfortable reading widths. Georgia italic provides a restrained editorial accent when a headline calls for one.
Imagery
Show real restaurant moments, menu details, phone interactions, and calm operators. Avoid abstract AI graphics, generic dashboards, and cold stock imagery.
Architecture
Product Naming
Use product names consistently so the platform feels like one system, not a bundle of unrelated tools.
